As we have embarked into a new year, we reflect on the key milestones that shaped Diginex throughout 2025 and lay out our path ahead with an expanded AI-enabled product suite.
2025 was a year of accelerated innovation for Diginex. We significantly enhanced our core offering with expanded AI-driven functionality across diginexESG, enabling organizations to more efficiently map data, analyze gaps, and produce ESG reports.
In 2026, these capabilities will be critical for organizations to respond in a timely and comprehensive manner to increasingly complex demands from stakeholders and regulators.
Mid-year 2025, we launched a new content series, “Regulatory Updates and What They Mean for Business,” designed to help clients and partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving ESG and sustainability regulations. The series is now a regular feature in our monthly newsletter.
In November 2025, we hosted a webinar titled “Transitioning to IFRS S1 and S2 Standards: Why It Matters, How to Get There, and How Diginex Can Support.” Together with Diginex experts, Neil Steward from the IFRS Foundation explored how the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards are establishing a global baseline — and what this means in practice for reporters and practitioners.
Stay tuned for our webinar series in 2026 with deep dives on our new product features. Dates will be shared soon!
Throughout the past year, many clients sought guidance on how to build resilience and sustain progress on their sustainability commitments amid shifting expectations and global uncertainty.
To help navigate this environment, we published a blog post titled “In the Midst of Political Turmoil: Keeping Your Sustainability Commitments on Track,” offering practical insights for maintaining momentum in challenging times.
We believe in 2026 yet again, companies like need to be in the driving seat to sustain the sustainability momentum and comply with incoming regulation.
2025 also marked an important milestone for diginexAPPRISE, as we celebrated the completion of our 600,000th worker assessments across 70 countries. Our supply-chain due diligence platform diginexLUMEN and diginexAPPRISE are now available in 38 languages, enabling companies not only to identify forced-labor risks, but also to triangulate findings with direct worker feedback. In 2025 our technology expanded into new industries with adoption by clients in the frozen food sector. We also saw new use cases with diginexLUMEN being deployed to collect scope 1-3 data in supply chains.
In our blog post “Giving Workers a Voice: The Apprise Story,” we highlighted the origins of the solution and demonstrated how technology-enabled worker engagement can drive meaningful change.
In addition, our teams were present at key events including the Tech Against Trafficking and United Nations Business and Human Rights Forums in Bangkok, Melbourne and Geneva to highlight the use of technology in risk identification.
This year represented a turning point in Diginex’s evolution.
On 5 March 2025, Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX) rang the Nasdaq Closing Bell, marking a significant milestone following our successful listing in January 2025.
Over the course of the year, Diginex advanced its strategy to identify high-potential opportunities in the RegTech and data intelligence sectors. In October 2025, we completed the acquisition of Matter, a Copenhagen-based ESG company provides granular sustainability data, portfolio-level analytics, and flexible API integrations used by major financial platforms such as Nasdaq eVestment.
In December, Diginex announced the acquisition of The Remedy Project [Corporate Accountability Strategies | Responsible Business Growth], a specialist in human-rights risk, grievance handling, and supply-chain remediation. This collaboration combines Diginex’s AI-powered platforms with Remedy’s expertise in operational-level grievance mechanisms, forced-labor remediation frameworks, and access-to-remedy programs.
In December, we also signed a definitive agreement to acquire Plan A [Carbon Accounting Software by Plan A], one of Europe’s leading AI-powered carbon accounting and decarbonization platform. It is our ambition of delivering an integrated, end-to-end ESG and carbon management solution for our customers.
What began as a focused ESG and RegTech company is rapidly evolving into a broader, AI-enabled platform spanning sustainability/ESG and carbon data management and, human-rights risk and supply-chain compliance.
In 2025, we also announced a series of strategic partnerships and alliances with leading accounting and advisory networks, including Baker Tilly Singapore, Forvis Mazars, Russell Bedford International, and the renewal of our alliance with SGS.
These partnerships reflect a consistent theme: Diginex is not only building technology, but also cultivating a global ecosystem across professional services, digital finance, assurance providers, and regional partners. Together, these initiatives demonstrate our commitment to collaboration and to helping more organizations adopt intelligent, integrated ESG technology infrastructure.
