Lorenzo Romano is Vice Chairman of Diginex, where he works closely with the Board and executive team on strategy, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He plays an active role in shaping the group’s growth trajectory, governance framework, and the integration of newly acquired businesses across enterprise sustainability intelligence, data-driven compliance and regulatory technology.

Lorenzo has a background in private banking and strategic advisory, with extensive experience in cross-border transactions and complex corporate structures. He has advised founders, boards and shareholders on capital raising, M&A and long-term value creation across Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets. Alongside his role at Diginex, he is involved in several entrepreneurial and investment initiatives.
