Andor joined Diginex in our UK office. He has proven ability to increase revenues and achieve business goals by using effective CRM and Loyalty strategies with over 10 years of CRM and campaign management history within the digital and online space.
As Head of Retention & Customer Experience, Andor forms part of the global commercial team with aim to increase customer loyalty and Diginex' client services.
With a strength in analysing complex customer data and applying insights to drive business results, Andor will take customer relations to a new level within the field of Impact and Sustainability.
Andor graduated from the University of EDUTUS in Hungary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking & Corporate Finance.
