The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join our business to help create and implement an outbound sales strategy for the company in Asia, to reach Small and Medium sized Enterprises(SME) for our product offerings.

Working closely with the Head of Outbound Sales, you will execute on sales strategy and drive revenue growth from scratch. You will understand what good B2B SaaS looks like and be able to use your expertise and experience to hit the ground running in a high paced environment.


  • Start out as an individual contributor to ASIA market.
  • Find and generate prospects / leads.
  • Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.
  • Use Hubspot to track progress with new prospects.
  • Manage and optimise sales process from start through close.
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives to BU leaders.
  • Work closely with Head of Retention to maximise ARPU, LTV and     minimise Churn.




·       Fluent English is a mandatory requirement. Hindi is a plus.

·       2+ years B2B outbound sales experience required.

·       2+ years working with SaaS solutions is a plus.

·       Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a diverse set of responsibilities.

·       Hunter mentality and high execution ability.

·       Structured in your approach and take data driven approach to results.

·       Ability to collaborate with a global team, across multiple time zones.
