The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an ESG Framework specialist to join our ESG Research Practice to help implement, manage and advise on global, regional and industry specific ESG reporting frameworks.

Working closely with the ESG Research, Product and Advisory teams, you will offer expert advice around all regulatory and industry specific aspects to ESG framework implementation. You possess excellent understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (SDG, GRI, SASB, CDP, EU Taxonomy etc.). and can hit the ground running in a high paced environment.


·       Manages the integration of new ESG frameworks into our digital reporting. solution, in close collaboration with the ESG product team. This includes defining the scope and ESG data infrastructure, and internal and external guidance text.

·       Leads the annual certification/licensing processes by liaising with global standard setter.

·       Keeps up to date of rapidly evolving ESG frameworks reporting landscape and monitors regulatory reporting requirements.

·       Support ESG advisory serves in the preparation of proposals and advisory project delivery. This includes research and development of industry -and country specific best practice frameworks.




·       Relevant Master’s degree, with 7+ years of experience preferably in a ESG research / advisory /data environment

·      Familiarity with major reporting standards, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP and EU taxonomy, and other market standards and guidelines

·      Strong analytical skills, logical thinker with attention to detail

·      Excellent project management and execution skills

·       Ability to work cross-functionality with ease and manage competing priorities

·       Demonstrate passion for sustainability and democratizing ESG reporting

·       Excellent communications kills, both verbal and written

·       Ability to collaborate with a global team, across multiple time zones

·       Strong project management, attentiveness to details, problem – solving attitude

·       Ability to work independently in a rapidly growing organization and ability to thrive in situations of change and ambiguity
