Our frontier-pushing SaaS products are increasingly being used by companies to help manage these risks with a focus on scalable corporate due diligence deeper into the supply chain.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team to help create and implement an outbound sales strategy for the company and our innovative human rights due diligence and risk assessment tool (diginexLUMEN) to reach companies with supply chains or who conduct business in higher-risk countries or commodity categories for our product offerings.
Companies are feeling increasing pressure to manage and mitigate risks in their supply chain from customers, investors and regulators. Management of your company’s supply chain depends on accurate data collection and reporting but many companies are dissatisfied with the high cost of in-person social audits with limited on-the-ground impact. diginexLUMEN helps collect standardized and comparable information about working conditions in complex supply chains at a low cost. We help validate this information and automate risk calculation, so companies would know where to better focus auditing and improvement efforts.
Working closely with the Head of Outbound Sales, you will leverage your existing network to execute on sales strategy and drive revenue growth from scratch globally. You will understand what goodB2B SaaS looks like and be able to use your expertise and experience to hit the ground running in a high paced environment.
· 5+ years B2B outbound sales experience required. SaaS sales is a plus.
· Hunter mentality and high execution ability.
· Sustainability, supply chain and labour rights experience and interest is of high value to this role.
· Experience working in an ISEAL member organization or social compliance organization (AMFORI, SEDEX etc.) is a definite plus.
· Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a diverse set of responsibilities.
· Structured in your approach and take data driven approach to results.
· Fluent English speaking individual is a mandatory requirement (Additional languages a bonus)
· Ability to collaborate with a global team, across multiple time zones.
